Program Details
Membership Experience: RJ HomeCare memberships are designed to provide flexible, on-demand support tailored to your home’s needs. Members simply reach out whenever service items arise. Included service hours are applied to scheduled visits, allowing maintenance and small projects to be handled efficiently without the need for repeated estimates or service calls. Many Pro members maintain an ongoing list of home priorities, allowing multiple items to be completed during conveniently scheduled visits.
Annual Service Credits: Service credits may be applied toward eligible maintenance services such as window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and similar maintenance services. Credits apply to RJ Services labor only, have no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for refunds. Credits become available after continuous membership: Core Membership → Available after 3 months. Pro Membership → Available after 6 months. Credits apply to future services after qualification.
Additional Details: Included hours apply to minor repairs & maintenance tasks. Hours do not roll over between months. Larger projects quoted separately. Materials & specialty products billed separately. Scheduling based on availability. Phone & email guidance intended for brief questions & project clarification. Service visits are typically scheduled in grouped or half-day blocks to ensure efficiency. Preferred scheduling windows may include select evening and weekend appointments, when available. Membership begins with a simple 3-month enrollment period, then continues month-to-month.
